8-1-13: LIEN FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS:
All special taxes for the construction of curbs or sidewalks shall be a lien upon the real estate upon which the same are assessed or apportioned from the date of such assessment or apportionment until the same are paid or such real estate shall have been sold therefor as provided by law. (Ord. 01-2001, 3-20-2001)
