All sidewalks constructed, reconstructed or laid within the city, shall be located and be of the following dimensions:
A. Twelve Feet Wide (Green): Sidewalks abutting or adjacent to those lots or parcels of land, the outside lot lines of which are colored green on the map thereof on file in the office of public works, reference to which is hereby made and by this reference is made a part hereof, are to be twelve feet (12') in width and are to be located immediately adjacent to the inside line of the curb.
B. Ten Feet Wide:
1. Brown: Sidewalks abutting or adjacent to those lots or parcels of land, the outside lot lines of which are colored brown on such map are to be ten feet (10') in width and are to be located immediately adjacent to the inside of the curb.
2. Purple: Sidewalks abutting or adjacent to those lots or parcels of land, the outside lot lines of which are colored purple on such map are to be ten feet (10') in width and are to be located immediately adjacent to the inside line of the curb.
C. Five Feet Wide:
1. Red: Sidewalks abutting those lots or parcels of land, the outside lot lines of which are colored red on such map are to be five feet (5') in width and are to be located so that the inside line of such sidewalk shall be one foot (1') out from the adjacent property line.
2. Blue: Sidewalks abutting or adjacent to those lots or parcels of land, the outside lot lines of which are colored in blue on such map are to be five feet (5') in width and are to be located immediately adjacent to the inside lines of the curb.
D. Grade: All sidewalks shall rise one-fourth inch (1/4") to the foot from the curb grade to the property line. (Ord. 01-2001, 3-20-2001)
