The construction of concrete driveways and concrete crosswalks used for private purposes, constructed, reconstructed or laid within the street rights of way of the city shall be under the supervision and direction of the director of public works, authorized assistant or duly appointed inspector. The design and concrete mixture shall conform to standard specifications for concrete sidewalks and driveways on file in the director of public works office of the city . (Ord. 01-2001, 3-20-2001)
