7-3-2: ENFORCEMENT:
The senior fire officer is hereby authorized to request of the chief of police or other police officer to detail special officers, sufficient in his judgment therefor, who for the time being shall act under the instructions of the senior fire officer at any fire incident. (1983 Revised Code § 9.16.001; amd. 2004 Code)
