7-1-7: USE OF INTOXICATING BEVERAGES:
No intoxicating beverages shall be brought into any house or premises of the fire department, and any member who while on duty or when about the premises of the fire department is intoxicated, or absent from duty because of intoxication, shall be discharged. (1983 Revised Code § 2.24.007; amd. 2004 Code)
