7-1-5: SUSPENSION; REMOVAL:
   A.   Suspension:
      1.   By Mayor: The mayor may suspend the fire chief, assistant fire chief or any firemen of the fire department for neglect of duty or violation of any of the rules and regulations of the fire department.
      2.   By Chief: The chief of the fire department may suspend the assistant chief or any fireman of the department.
   B.   Notice Of Suspension: The mayor and/or fire chief shall follow Montana Code Annotated section 7-33-4124 for all suspensions. (1983 Code § 2.24.005; amd. 2004 Code)
