A. Limit Imposed: It shall be unlawful for any engineer, fireman, conductor, firm, corporation or other person in charge or control of a railroad train to run or permit to be run such railroad train at a rate in excess of thirty (30) miles per hour within the city limits of the city.
B. Penalty: Any person violating this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be punished in accordance with section 1-4-1 of this code. (1983 Revised Code § 10.10.001)
