6-3-7: RIDING ON SIDEWALKS:
No person shall ride a bicycle on sidewalks in the downtown "business district" as defined in subsection 3-1-6A of this code. Operators of bicycles will yield the right of way to all pedestrians, when riding on any other sidewalks in the city. (1983 Revised Code § 10.16.004; amd. 2004 Code)
