6-2-19: CITY CONTROLLED PARKING LOTS:
The city council is hereby authorized to establish and maintain parking lots for the public convenience and such parking lots shall be operated and maintained consistent with the terms of this chapter of the city codes. (Ord. 02-2003, 5-20-2003)
