6-1-10: CITY PARKS:
No person shall operate or otherwise be in control of a motor vehicle or bicycle within the confines of any City park, except on established roadways or parking areas within the City parks. This section shall not apply to duly authorized vehicles for purposes of maintaining the parks. (Ord. 01-2003, 5-20-2003)
