All regulatory and directory traffic signs and signals, all crosswalks and safety zones, all street lane lines, all posted speed signs, all passenger, commercial and hotel loading zones, all taxicab and bus stands and zones, all restricted parking zones, all curb painting, all speed zones, heretofore posted, established and done, by the City Engineer or authorized representative, Police Department, Street Department and City Council shall be presumed to have been lawfully done, posted and established and by this chapter are reestablished. It is the purpose of this section to confirm and ratify all acts of departments enumerated with regard to traffic regulations and control, and the specification of those enumerated is not intended to exclude others.
