§ 30.03 MINIMUM SIGNATURES FOR NOMINATING PETITION FOR ELECTED OFFICES.
   The minimum number of signatures on a nominating petition for a city elective office shall equal the greater of ten signatures of qualified electors or 1% of the votes cast in the electoral district for all candidates for Governor at the last general election at which a candidate for Governor was elected to a full term.
