§ 93.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC PARKS. All of the properties now or hereafter owned and or controlled by the City of Glendale, Oregon, and operated as parks available for the use of the public.
