§ 54.17 WATER AND SEWER LATERAL CONNECTION FEES.
   (A)   The water and sewer lateral connection fees shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
   (B)   Multiple meters on one service are not allowed.
   (C)   Meters will be furnished by the city and will remain the property of the city and will at all times be under its control.
