§ 54.15 INDUSTRIAL USERS.
   Industrial users discharging wastes into the sewer system shall comply fully with Pub. L. No. 92-500, § 204, being the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq. All industrial users shall pretreat pollutants in accordance with the latest adopted regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency or similarly functioning federal or state agency.
