4-17-8: REVOCATION OF PERMIT OR RIGHT TO PERMIT:
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the immediate revocation of the permit under which said person is a permit holder or permit participant, and shall be further subject to the loss of the privilege of obtaining a permit or of having the right to participate in such permit in the future. (1978 Code § 3-6-4)
