4-17-4: PERMIT FOR DESIGNATED SALE ONLY; POSTING REQUIRED; NONTRANSFERABILITY:

A permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid only for the particular sale and premises designated on the permit. The permit shall be posted in the front yard area so as to be easily seen by the police and shall be nontransferable. (1978 Code § 3-6-3)
