12-6-14: EMERALD ASH BORER MANAGEMENT PLAN:

All subdividers and developers shall be required to comply with the emerald ash borer management plan, revised 2013, which sets forth requirements for the management, preservation, and installation of trees within the village. (Ord. 2013-50, 9-5-2013)
