A. Whereas, there are no land requirements and/or needs to the Glenside fire protection district and/or the Bloomingdale fire district. The Glenside fire protection district and/or the Bloomingdale fire district shall receive from the developer a onetime payment of an amount to be calculated by the following formula:
1. Residential: One hundred dollars ($100.00) per dwelling unit.
2. Commercial/industrial: Five cents ($0.05) per square foot of building.
B. This cash contribution shall be collected by the Glenside fire protection district and/or the Bloomingdale fire district at the time of construction of the dwelling unit or commercial/industrial building. (Ord. 96-32, 4-18-1996)
