The commission shall consist of twenty (20) members, to be appointed by the village president, with the advice and consent of the board, subject to the following conditions:
A. Appointments to the commission shall include at least one representative from the village, the village police department, and the village parks, recreation and facilities department.
B. Remaining appointments may be made from the following groups/organizations: local elementary and high school districts, the judiciary, the local prosecutor's office, local churches, local business leaders, community representatives, parents and high school students. (Ord. 2001-26, 3-15-2001)
