A. Each petition for annexation to the village shall be accompanied by petitions for annexation of the same territory to the relevant school district, the public library district and the fire protection district, unless the territory is already entirely within such districts, or any of them.
B. If a petition for annexation is pending before the plan commission or the village board, a preliminary plat for subdivision will not be acted upon by the plan commission until the petition for annexation has been approved or disapproved by the village board of trustees. (Ord. 2012-55, 9-6-2012)
