10-19-2: PENALTIES:
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. If any violation shall be of a continuing nature, each day of violation shall be deemed to be a separate offense. (Ord. 2011-80, 10-20-2011)
