Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined $150 for the first offense in a calendar year and is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, and whose said offense is the second offense under this chapter in a calendar year, shall be fined $250 and is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, and whose said offense is the third or any additional offense under this chapter in a calendar year, shall be fined $500 and is guilty of misdemeanor of the third degree.
