§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues; in the case of junk vehicles under § 94.04, each day and each individual vehicle shall constitute a separate offense.
