ORDINANCE 2010-15

   AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE

   CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENDALE

   BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Glendale, State of Ohio, three-fourths of all members elected thereto concurring:

Section I: American Legal Publishing Corp. of Cincinnati, Ohio has completed the 2010 S-6 Supplement to the Glendale Code of Ordinances, which supplement contains general, permanent, enacted ordinances and recent Ohio Codes since the prior supplement in 2007, and it is the intent of Glendale to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of law in the State of Ohio and that the 2010 S-6 supplement is hereby adopted in its entirety and deemed published as of the day of this ordinances adoption and shall be kept on file in the Office of the Clerk.

Section II: This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the purpose of the timely and efficient administration of Village affairs and shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
