§ 156.03 GENERAL MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of an owner of a nonresidential structure that all parts thereof, both exterior and interior, be maintained in good repair and be capable of performing the function for which such structure or part or any feature thereof was designed or intended to be used in compliance with this chapter.
   (B)   All equipment and facilities appurtenant to the main structure shall be maintained in good and safe working order.
   (C)   All accessory structures such as sheds, barns, garages, and such, shall be maintained in good repair and free from health, accident, and fire hazards.
   (D)   A vacant structure which has been used or is intended to be used, in whole or in part, as a nonresidential structure shall comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this chapter. All owners of such vacated nonresidential structures which have been deemed by the Building Inspector to be detrimental to the health and safety of all persons in or about such structures, shall cause all exterior doors and windows to be locked and secured at all times in order to prevent entrance to such vacant buildings by any trespasser.
