§ 153.02 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   COMMISSION. Village Planning Commission.

   SUBDIVISION OF LAND.

      (1)   Division of land into two or more tracts, sites, or parcels;

      (2)   Dedication of a road, highway, or public or private street through a tract of land;

      (3)   Resubdivision of land heretofore divided or platted into lots, sites or parcels; and

      (4)   Creation of a condominium.
