§ 137.08 DISCHARGING FIREARMS.
   (A)   Except in the case of persons in military array, persons acting in self defense, or persons engaged in enforcing the laws, no person shall discharge any kind of firearm whatever, including: pistols, rifles, shotguns, zip guns, long bows, compound bows, cross bows, slingshots or other firearm or projectile launching device by whatever name known.
   (B)   This section does not including the discharging of pneumatic, electric or rim fired nail runs or fastening devices used in construction when such device is being used in construction activity.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If violation of this section results in damage to property other than the property of the violator or in injury to any animal or fowl, violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
