§ 111.02 CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   Customer service standards, recommended for adoption by the ICRC, are hereby adopted by the village as part of the franchise agreement with Warner Cable. A copy of the customer service standards are on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
