(A) The public parks of the village shall be open for use only during the daylight hours and no person shall enter or remain upon the grounds of any such public park during any time of darkness.
(B) For purposes of this section
PUBLIC PARKS are defined as any property owned, leased or maintained by the village for recreational purposes; and DARKNESS shall mean those times that the sun is completely set following dusk and any time preceding dawn.
(C) Whoever violates this section and is convicted or pleads guilty to this minor misdemeanor shall be fined no more than $200.
