§ 95.22 ROADWAYS AND SIDEWALKS; CONSTRUCTION.
   Roadways shall be of Bituminous Macadam constructed in accordance with the current specifications of the Village Engineer. However, the minimum width of the macadam portion shall be 26 feet, and the macadam portion shall be supplemented with concrete combined curb and gutter on each side, which curb and gutter shall be built in accordance with specifications of the Village Engineer. The combined curb and macadam portion to have a total width of not less than 31 feet. Sidewalks of concrete not less than four feet wide on each side of the street constructed according to the current specifications of the Engineer will be required. The specifications of the Village Engineer will at all times be reasonably consistent with the current specifications of the Highway Department of the City of Cincinnati for similar improvements.
