§ 95.19 SIDEWALKS TO BE CLEANED.
   It shall be unlawful for any property owner to allow the sidewalk in front of his or her property to remain in a dirty or unclean condition for a period of one week after official notification of the condition by the Chief of Police or other officer of the village.
