§ 95.17 DAMAGING AVENUES OR PUBLIC GROUNDS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully cut, deface, destroy, or in any manner injure any hedge, shade tree, fruit tree, evergreen, flower, ornamental shrub, or forest tree, or vegetable of any kind, or lawn, flower bed, or cultivated ground, not belonging to him, or knowingly permit any animal or fowl belonging to him, or under his care, to do so, or to cut or remove sod or dirt from the avenues or public grounds of Glendale.
