For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
STRUCTURE. Any building or cluster of buildings built to be operated as a condominium, apartment complex, cluster of houses, or zero lot line structures which do not have the side yard and setback requirements of single-family detached dwellings between each dwelling unit. These structures are classified into two categories:
(1) CATEGORY 1. Includes all structures or clusters of structures that are designed to be occupied by more than 35 families.
(2) CATEGORY 2. Includes all structures or clusters of structures designed to be occupied by 35 families or fewer.
