§ 90.05 OBSTRUCTING SEARCH OF PREMISES PROHIBITED.
   (A) No person shall hinder or obstruct any agent or employee of the Department of Liquor Control or any officer of the law, from making an inspection or search of any place where intoxicating liquor is sold.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
