§ 90.02 BEER OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No person shall consume any beer or alcoholic beverages on public property within the village unless it is with written permission of the village or an agency having control of such public property. For the purposes of this section, all property owned by the village, church, or school property located within the village shall be deemed public property.
