§ 90.01 INTOXICATING LIQUOR.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner, manager, employee, or other agent of any restaurant, hotel, club, or other establishment where beer, wine, spirituous liquor, or other liquid containing .5% or more alcohol by weight is sold regularly for beverage purposes, to sell or permit the sale of beer, wine, spirituous liquor, or other liquid containing .5% or more alcohol by weight, between the hours of l:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., or to permit beer, wine, spirituous liquor, or other liquid containing .5% or more alcohol by weight to be consumed on the premises under his control during these hours. Every room or compartment of the restaurant, hotel, club, or other establishment in which beer, wine, spirituous liquor, or other liquid containing .5% or more alcohol by weight are kept for sale, shall be securely locked each night at not later than l:00 a.m. and shall not be reopened earlier than 6:00 a.m. It shall be unlawful for any owner, manager, employee, or other agent of any restaurant, hotel, club, or other establishment, to permit any room or compartment containing beer, wine, spirituous liquor, or other liquid containing .5% or more alcohol by weight to be unlocked between the hours of l:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
