§ 80.03 VEHICLES IMPEDING OR INTERFERING WITH WORK.
   (A)    Whenever any vehicle is standing or parked in any village park in such manner or location, whether in an area intended or designated for vehicular traffic or parking, or otherwise, so as to impede or interfere with any maintenance or repair work being performed or about to be performed, any police officer may notify the owner, driver, or other person in charge of such vehicle to move the vehicle to another location, or to remove it from the park when reasonably necessary.
   (B)    Whenever the police officer is unable to locate or notify the owner, driver, or other person in charge of a vehicle which is standing or parked so as to impede or interfere with such maintenance or repair work, such officer may provide for moving the vehicle, or for removal of the vehicle from the park to a nearby garage or other place of safety when reasonably necessary. The police officer shall attempt to make notification at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled work.
   (C)    No owner, driver, or other person in charge of such vehicle, when notified to move such vehicle to another location or to remove it from the park, shall fail to comply with such notice.
   (D)    Whoever violates division (C) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
