   (C)   Commercial and business districts. It shall be unlawful to stop, stand, or park any motor vehicle for more than two hours between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. in any street within the limits of any commercial district or business district as shown on the District Map of the village. The municipal parking lot, located adjacent to the village square and across from the depot building, shall be available for a maximum of 24-hour parking and not subject to the 2-hour restriction.
   (D)   The E and or D business districts may provide, by order of the Police Chief, a combined maximum of six 15-minute parking spaces when properly posted by signage.
   (E)   “No truck or van parking” restrictions are authorized, when posted by signage, along the west side of Congress between Sharon and Grove Avenues (in front of 985 Congress).
