§ 78.11 BOARDING AND EXITING TRAINS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, not employed by a railroad company, and not being a passenger going to or coming from a station outside of the village, to get on or off, or to attempt to get on or off, any railroad car or locomotive engine, when such car or engine is in motion anywhere in the village.
