§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates § 73.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, and in addition to the suspension or revocation of the offender's driver's license which the court may otherwise impose according to law, the offender shall be imprisoned for not less than three days nor more than six months, and fined not less than $150 nor more than $1,000.
   (B)   Whoever violates any other provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense; for a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; for each subsequent offense within one year of the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
