§ 72.50 SPEED.
   It shall be unlawful within the corporate limits of the village for any person or corporation to operate or run any locomotive or railroad car on or across any street, lane, road, or alley intersecting any railroad track at the grade thereof at a rate of speed greater than 35 mph.
