§ 51.15 DAMAGED METERS REPAIRED BY WATER DEPARTMENT AT CONSUMER'S EXPENSE.
   Meters damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, freezing, or any act of carelessness by others will be repaired by the Water Department at the expense of consumer or owner.
