Whenever a break or leak occurs in a service line between the main and the curb box the Village Administrator or his authorized agents will repair this at its own expense as soon as possible, but if the break or leaks occurs back of the curb box at any place on the premises supplied, the property owner shall have the break or leak repaired at his own expenses. Failure to make repairs within 30 days may result in water being turned off.
