A Mayor's Court Computer Fund is created as provided by R.C. § 5705.12, and requires that $10 of every Mayor's Court case be assessed the fee, and that the fee be transferred and deposited into the Mayor's Court Computer Fund. The fund expenditures shall be restricted solely for operational and maintenance expenses related to the Mayor's Court Computer system.
