§ 33.03 JANITOR APPOINTED BY VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR.
   A janitor shall be appointed by the Village Administrator subject to removal at any time at the pleasure of the Village Administrator. He shall be held responsible for the maintenance and protection of the Town Hall. He shall see that the building is heated and kept clean, and shall report any matter needing repair or other attention to the Village Administrator. He shall be paid a salary as Council, from time to time, by ordinance shall determine.
