§ 32.56 PLANNING AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION PROCEDURES.
   The Glendale Planning and Historic Preservation Commission (GPHPC) shall adopt such rules and procedures as may be necessary for the conduct of its business. At the first meeting of each calendar year, the GPHPC shall elect a chairman, vice chairman, secretary and any other officers it may deem necessary, from among its members.
