§ 32.32 SPECIAL POLICE OFFICERS.
   The Mayor is hereby authorized, when he shall deem it necessary for the best interests of the village, to appoint any number of special police officers as he may deem necessary, to serve in cases of emergency, by day or night. Their compensation shall be at the rate as established from time to time by Council.
