§ 31.11 MAYOR’S COURT MAGISTRATE AND PROSECUTOR.
   The Mayor is hereby empowered and authorized to employ and appoint a qualified and certified Magistrate and a prosecutor for the Mayor’s Court of the village and negotiate and award fair and reasonable compensation.
