§ 31.08 ASSISTANT SOLICITOR.
   The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint an Assistant Solicitor for a term ending as of the date of the first meeting of the Village Council during calendar year 1999. This appointment shall be effective at the time of appointment and for the rate of compensation to be established by the Mayor.
